Seakeeper Gyro Install Thrills Mikelson Owner

The San Francisco Bay and Californian coast can be brutal when fishing and cruising. Ken Alldrim of Medico regularly had to deal with 6-7' swells, as well as constant rocking and roll ing on his 62' Mikelson Nomad Jani Lee. After extensive research into marine stabilization systems, he chose to retrofit two, state-of-the-art Seakeeper M7000 Gyros. They were installed by Mike's Boatworks, a Seakeeper dealer in Alameda, and the results were amazing.

Seakeeper Demonstration Tour Continues in Florida

When it comes to the power of Seakeeper Gyro Stabilization Systems, feeling is believing. That's why Seakeeper is inviting boat owners, builders and members of the media to personally experience the difference. The company's 43' Viking Demo Boat, featuring a state-of-the-art Seakeeper M7000 Gyro, will be making stops in Florida over the next few months.

Beginning at the Ft. Lauderdale Marina, Seakeeper's Demo Boat will be available starting January 23 to try out firsthand. Then, it travels to Riviera Beach, Florida for the invitation-only Viking VIP Miami Boat Show Preview event. Public demonstrations will take place on January 28 and 31 at the International Marina.

The Seakeeper Demo Boat will arrive in Miami in time for the Miami International Boat Show, February 11-15. The craft will be located in slip B28 at the Miami Beach Marina. It will remain in Miami for demos until February 17.
