Course Schedule: 2 Days, Scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Course Objectives:           

The Seakeeper Electrical Fundamentals Certification provides participants with essential knowledge and hands-on experience for diagnosing and maintaining electrical systems. This certification covers key concepts such as basic electrical circuits, the relationship between voltage, resistance, and current, and the application of Ohm’s Law. Participants are trained in the use of a Digital Multimeter (DMM) to measure voltage, resistance, and amperage, with practical, step-by-step guidance on performing each measurement. The certification also includes skills for checking power sources, verifying circuit continuity, measuring current, and diagnosing common electrical issues like shorts and open circuits.

Certification: Seakeeper Basic Electrical Hands-On credentials are optional for technicians looking to improve their electrical skills and knowledge.

No Show Policy: If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you must contact training@seakeeper.com 48 hours before the class start. A “no show” is a registered Student who fails to notify Seakeeper that they will not attend their scheduled training course. A chargeback fee will be applied to the dealership. The fees are $300.00 per incident.
