There is no one - whether in sales, marketing, service, or engineers from the factory - that I wouldn't go grab a burger with. We do over 75 events a year and we are always making plans for after the event. Everyone enjoys each other's company and I don't think you find that in most organizations.
We are free to make suggestions and they are taken very seriously. A lot of changes have been made based on employee feedback.
