Seakeeper TikTok Launch Giveaway: Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The Seakeeper TikTok Launch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
2. Sponsor and Administrator
Sponsor: Seakeeper, Inc., 5460 Pottsville Pike, Leesport, Pennsylvania 19533 (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: Gunpowder, Inc. (“Administrator”).
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must meet all of the following at the time of entry:
- Be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
- Be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state of residence.
- Hold a TikTok account in good standing. Creating a TikTok account is free.
The following are not eligible to enter or win:
- Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent company and affiliates, and Administrator.
- Brand ambassadors, creators and agencies engaged by Sponsor or Administrator to promote the Giveaway.
- Employees of authorized Seakeeper dealers and distributors.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of anyone listed above.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
4. Giveaway period
The Giveaway begins when Sponsor publishes its first post on the @seakeeper_official TikTok account on October 28, 2026 (the “Giveaway Post”). It ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are void.
5. How to enter
During the Giveaway Period, complete all three steps on TikTok:
- Follow @seakeeper_official.
- Like the Giveaway Post.
- Comment on the Giveaway Post, answering the question: How do you spend a day on the water? 🎣 fishing, 🛥️ cruising, 🌅 sunset, 🤿 diving
You must still be following @seakeeper_official, and your like and comment must still be in place, when the drawing is held.
Limit: one entry per person, no matter how many comments you post or accounts you hold. Entries made with multiple accounts, bots, scripts or any automated means are void.
You do not need to attend the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, buy a ticket, or buy any product to enter. Comments that are obscene, unlawful, or in violation of TikTok’s terms may be removed and the entry disqualified. Standard data rates may apply.
6. Prizes
One prize will be awarded. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $1,000.

- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize item of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.
- Colors, sizes and models are chosen by Sponsor.
- Prizes ship only to a street address in the United States within six to eight weeks after the winner is verified.
- Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 where the law requires it.
- Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty from Sponsor, other than any manufacturer’s warranty that comes with an item.
YETI and Nike are not sponsors of the Giveaway and are not affiliated with Sponsor. All third party trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
8. Winner selection and notification
On or about November 10, 2026, Administrator will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The first entry drawn is the potential Grand Prize winner.
Potential winners will be notified by direct message from the official @seakeeper_official TikTok account. A potential winner must reply within 72 hours of the message being sent. If a potential winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
Watch for impostor accounts. Sponsor will contact winners only from @seakeeper_official. Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay a fee, give payment card or bank details, or click a link to an outside site to claim a prize.
9. Verification
Potential winners are subject to verification. Sponsor or Administrator will confirm the follow, like and comment at the time of the drawing and may ask for proof of age and residency. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five days of receiving it. Failure to do so results in forfeiture.
If there is a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry is deemed made by the authorized holder of the TikTok account used to enter.
10. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, for technical or network failures, for changes to or outages of the TikTok platform, or for account suspensions.
If fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control affects the fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it. In that case Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from the eligible entries received up to that point. Notice will be posted on the @seakeeper TikTok account.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize is permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, TikTok handle, likeness, city and state, and comment for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or notice.
12. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you release Sponsor, its parent company and affiliates, Administrator, TikTok, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Released Parties will not be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and any liability is limited to the cost of entering the Giveaway. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Disputes
These Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
14. Privacy
Sponsor and Administrator collect the personal information needed to run the Giveaway, verify winners and deliver prizes. That information is handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at seakeeper.com/privacy-policy/. Winner contact details are used only to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.
15. TikTok
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. You are providing information to Sponsor and not to TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any questions about the Giveaway should go to Sponsor, not TikTok.
16. Winner list
Winner will be announced on the @seakeeper TikTok account by handle after verification. For a copy of the winners list, email marketing@seakeeper.com with the subject line “TikTok Launch Giveaway Winners” within 60 days after the Giveaway Period ends.
