Course Objectives:
The Seakeeper Full-Service Hands-On and Electrical Fundamentals Certification provides comprehensive training in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Seakeeper stabilization systems and marine electrical components. Participants begin with Seakeeper Full-Service eLearning to develop a strong understanding of system operation, service procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Training includes the proper use of a Digital Multimeter (DMM) to measure voltage, resistance, continuity, and amperage, as well as techniques for verifying power sources, diagnosing shorts and open circuits, and resolving common electrical faults.
The course also covers critical Seakeeper service procedures, including coolant replacement and maintenance to ensure optimal system temperature regulation, brake and bushing inspection and replacement, and Seakeeper 1 brake and latch assembly service. Participants will develop diagnostic skills using electrical testing equipment and proven troubleshooting processes to identify and repair system issues efficiently.
Upon completion, technicians will be equipped with the knowledge and practical experience necessary to perform comprehensive maintenance, electrical diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring Seakeeper stabilization systems operate safely, reliably, and at peak performance.
